The wholesome flavor of pure, organic ginger root is blended with the creamy softness of water kefir. I added organic lemon to enhance the spicy profile of ginger root. The result? These flavors combine synergistically to provide a healthy, natural alternative to the classic ginger ale. I find myself craving more, long after the bottle is gone! (Cravings are often a strong indicator of nutritional deficiencies. Cravings for wholesome, real food should be honored. For example, chocolate cravings are usually magnesium deficiencies.) As always, there is no sugar added – just organic lemon juice with organic ginger root, infused for 12 hours. Packed with over 450 different strands of beneficial bacteria that repopulate the gut for better digestion and improved immune function, this is a probiotic elixir too delicious to be missed! I chose this flavor for the nutritional and medicinal possibilities.
