A delicious iced lemonade! Organic lemon is blended with the creamy softness of water kefir to produce a natural lemonade flavor. Nettle leaf adds a subtle green flavor from a 12-hour infusion, and is one of my favorite herbs. I personally used nettle leaf every single day in my homemade multivitamin. Loaded with bioavailable vitamins and minerals, nettle leaf is nourishing to the physical body and is readily absorbed. I notice a significant difference in my health (especially my hair growth!) when I use nettle leaf. The water kefir is packed with over 450 different strands of beneficial bacteria that repopulate the gut for better digestion and improved immune function. This is a probiotic elixir too delicious to be missed! I chose this flavor for the nutritional and medicinal possibilities.
