Our first priority is to make sure we only use what we need. We are a small business focused on serving the needs around us in our local community. We produce fresh, hand-crafted batches with diligent attention and warmhearted care.
From the office to the production floor, we collect and evaluate every piece of discarded material to instead reduce, reclaim, and recycle. Every piece of exhausted substance is composted. This includes herbs, botanicals, cultures, cheesecloth, and more that would normally end up in the landfill.
We sterilize equipment and vessels, sanitize gloves and meters, and launder towels and cloths instead of consuming products designed for one-time use. These practices in our daily operations are a natural extension of our extreme reverence for preserving the majestic earth around us.
