This delicate, feminine flavor is one of my (many!) favorites. We celebrated my birthday last month by making homemade ice cream with this exact flavor combination. Let us keep the celebration going! I infused organic rose petals for 12 hours, leaving behind a medicinal-level, gentle rose flavor. I source raw wildflower honey from the local beekeepers at Sunrise Bee Co (they work very hard to make sure their honey does not crystallize, and truly have the best raw honey – you can taste the difference!). Raw honey delivers a nutritional boost in living form. This combination results in a naturally sweet taste that is elegant and graceful. Both of the intricate flavor profiles shine through for an exquisite experience. I chose this flavor for the nutritional and medicinal possibilities.

- local raw honey is different from the average honey bought at the grocery store (in fact, using pasteurized honey from the average store is as unhealthy as consuming refined white sugar!)

- countless anecdotal reports of “a mixture of honey and cinnamon cures most diseases”
- local raw honey contains pollen that is specific to our area and therefor can really help those local seasonal allergies
- full of minerals, vitamins, enzymes, and powerful antioxidants
- has anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and anti-fungal properties (prevents the growth of disease-causing microorganisms)
- helps digestion and strengthens immune system
- eliminates allergies and stabilizes blood pressure
- balances blood sugar and calms nerves
- relieves pain and treats ulcers
- naturally relieves constipation
- excellent natural alternative to cough medicine (reduces coughs and soothes sore throats)
- improves the appearance of skin
