The natural carbonation you see is formed from our experienced craft brew. We will never use the forced carbonation (carbon dioxide) that other producers use to alter the final quality. Raw Kombucha
Our kombucha is brewed at the ideal 78-80 degrees Fahrenheit. We test every batch to keep the alcohol under 0.5%, and bottle when the pH is 3.0-3.5. We add fresh, seasonal flavors from fruit juice along with nourishing infusions from organic whole herbs.

Raw Water Kefir
Our water kefir is brewed at the ideal 75 degrees Fahrenheit. This refreshing beverage has a lighter profile than kombucha, and is often preferred by young children or those new to fermented drinks. Dairy-free, caffeine-free, grain-free, and vegan friendly.

Mindful Flavoring
After learning that fermenting fruit during the second fermentation raises the alcohol content, we decided to naturally flavor our raw kombucha and raw water kefir by infusing organic whole herbs instead. We choose to keep our alcohol level at 0%.
Additionally, the beneficial and nourishing properties of the herbal plant are transferred to the brew so the body can assimilate and utilize them. We are mindful of our flavoring choices, and delivering a high-quality beverage is important to us.
