Watermelon is returning for the final time this season! Whole, pureed watermelon is the dominant flavor, and is almost too good to be true. Satisfying and pleasant, watermelon pairs well with raw water kefir for a charming elixir. Calendula flowers promote cellular repair and aid in restoring optimal gut health, while imparting a neutral and palatable taste. (I personally use Calendula on a daily basis – both internally and externally.) I hope you enjoy this delicious brew as much as I do! I chose this flavor for the nutritional and medicinal possibilities.
